How Much Do You Charge For Your Services?
Each job is different, so we always provide a bespoke quote for each customer. This is based on factors such as the size of the property, the type of property, and how easy it is to access the exterior features.
How often should my windows be cleaned?
This is down to personal preference. We’ll clean your windows as often as you want, but most of our customers prefer a balance of value and cleanliness. As a rule of thumb, we recommend cleaning every 8 number of weeks.
When we first clean your exterior, the amount of dirt and grime built up is much greater than on subsequent cleans. Hence, to ensure that we leave your property completely clean from day one, we add a fee to reflect the added time and resources we put in initially.
Simply get in touch with us and let us know what we can do better. We always aim to give you a five-star clean, so if something isn't right, we will come back and make it right. We're not happy until you're completely satisfied!
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or direct debit. Most customers opt for direct debit through GoCardless, our payment partner. You only need to set this up once, and your payment will go through automatically each time we clean.
